Valley View Veterinary Clinic is nestled between the rugged and pristine Sawtooth Mountains and the South Hills. It sits on 1+ acres in the southeastern corner of Twin Falls and is central to all of the Magic Valley.

The clinic is fully equipped and ready for immediate occupancy. Indoor cattle working facilities include a stationary, fully hydraulic squeeze chute, working alley, and a tilting bull table. There is also three indoor box stalls, an equine stock, and a functional laundry room inside with a large open, convenient area for examining and treating horses. A pickup can be easily pulled inside for cleaning and restocking. With a pressurized water system and concrete flooring, clean-up is a breeze.

Outside, large animal corrals include five 12' x 30' paddocks, partially covered by a 12' x 60' open-faced shed, three larger corrals, and three small holding pens on concrete. Unloading of large animals is facilitated by a two-way loading chute and a trailer chute, all accessing the large animal working area.
